SEAir is looking to recruit a Naval Architect specialized in foils and power boating. After several months of integration, you will progressively take up full responsibility of several projects, as for example :
Adaptation of the SEAir systems on the semi-rigids
Carrying out studies on the new generation of flying boats, with rigid hulls
You will participate in various foil design work whilst taking into account the integration constraints of the vessels. You will intervene in the pre-study, study, industrialization and test phases. You will oversee FEA and CFD work as well.
Eventually, you will be required to coordinate daily the employees assigned to your projects (in the design office and workshop at SEAir, and with external professionals such as sub-contractors or suppliers), often all in a very international context.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience
Experience in foils essential
Knowledge of motor boating appreciated : coming from a large industrial or architectural firm
Ability to adapt and work independently on multiple subjects at the same time
Good interpersonal skills
Fluent English essential
Computing : proficient in the classic software used by the profession
